Requirements Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Current CPR/First Aid Certification Current 2-Step TB Test or Chest X-Ray (CXR) Valid Driver's License Computer literate and comfortable completing electronic documentation Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively with behavioral health clients Responsibilities Provide supervision and support to clients in a residential setting Assist clients with daily routines and scheduled activities Complete required daily documentation accurately and timely Support medication routines according to facility procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment Transport clients to appointments and approved activities as needed Follow facility policies, procedures, and behavioral health requirements
