Your Responsibilities:

Flexible

PART-TIME

schedules: after 3:30pm & potential for weekends Provide direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings Teach skills like better communication, social interaction, and daily living skills to children with autism Work under a Master level therapist who will provide training plans for each child Collect accurate data about the wonderful progress you make with the children you work with and implement the planned activities and lessons Maintain good communication with your supervisors Check and maintain your schedule on our scheduling software Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

[Required] High School diploma [Required] Driver's license and reliable transportation [Required] RBT certification [Preferred] 1-2 years experience working in ABA Bachelor's Degree in psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for helping others Must be able to pass a background check
