The ideal candidate will work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, the ability to assess individual needs, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team environment. We are looking to fill in afternoon hours ranging from 2:30-6:30 Monday-Friday(2-3 days minimum) Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide support in daily living activities, fostering independence and skill development in clients. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote social skills, communication, and behavioral improvement. Monitor client behavior and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA. Qualifications No experience necessary but preferred Looking for someone with a Psychology background or Child Development Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is not a requirement but preferred Familiarity with working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and ability to implement care plans effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in various settings, including home, school, or clinical environments.
