We are hiring aspiring and experienced Behavior Technicians who will provide essential services by working with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities in their home, school, and/or community. This is an entry-level position. If you do not have previous ABA experience but have exposure to children with disabilities, or are enrolled in a Bachelor's program you should apply! Work with children in their homes, helping them increase their communication skills. Implement feedback from Board Certified Behavior Analysts on how to improve client progress. Visit the client's homes where you will implement behavior intervention plans. Teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Take accurate data every session throughout session. Maintain client confidentiality. Qualifications Exposed to individuals who have disabilities weather it be via work, family, friends, or volunteering. AA or High School Diploma with little childcare experience or ABA experience, and or your BA/BS is in progress or completed in Psychology, Special Education, Communicative Disorders, or a related field Must be able to complete a backgound check.
