Job Description

Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within an educational setting spanning elementary through high school grades. This contract opportunity places you alongside students in need of 1:1 behavioral intervention, helping them achieve academic and social success. Your expertise will shape a positive learning environment and provide meaningful support to learners from 1st through 12th grade.
What Youll Bring:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with school-aged children across a variety of grade levels, ideally from 1st through 12th grade Strong understanding of behavioral intervention principles and data collection Ability to implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborative spirit and adaptable communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and school staff Solid problem-solving skills and a patient, nurturing presence Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and student dignity at all times
Your Impact:
Provide direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students in classroom and other school settings Monitor and record detailed progress notes to track student growth and assist in adjustment of behavior plans Collaborate with educational teams to tailor interventions and generalize skills across settings Participate in team meetings to share insights and advocate for student needs Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel supported and empowered This contract role offers the chance to work in a dynamic school environment where each day brings new challenges and rewards.
