In-Home ABA Therapy About Us Foundations to Futures provides high-quality in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism across Orange County. We focus on compassionate, ethical, evidence-based care that supports meaningful progress for every family. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time behavior technician in the north orange county area (e.g., Placentia)This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children, want hands-on experience in the ABA field, and are looking for long-term growth. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home Implement individualized treatment goals and behavior-support strategies Collect accurate data using electronic systems Communicate regularly with your supervising program supervisor and BCBA Attend ongoing training and supervision Support skill generalization in the home and community Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation Must have valid auto insurance Availability on weekdays between 3:00 PM-8:00 PM and weekends Experience working with children (preferred but not required) Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting (Live Scan) What We Offer Competitive pay: $19

• 28 per hour (depending on experience) BCBA supervision hours provided RBT supervision available for those pursuing certification Paid initial training and ongoing professional development Supportive, collaborative team culture Paid drive-time and mileage from client to client.
