Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-Garden Grove

We are seeking a Full time salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our company to help provide life-enhancing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role will provide professional assessments, intervention plans, and assist in training staff on how to support our clients in achieving their goals while helping us meet regulatory requirements. This position offers a flexible work schedule following the successful completion of the probationary period. The role requires a total of 40 hours per week, with availability for three on-site days between Monday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The remaining hours may be worked remotely Monday through Friday.

What Required:

Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related human services field Current BCBA certification in good standing from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record Proficiency with data collection systems, Microsoft Office applications, and case management software Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Successful completion of Livescan and drug test and all required pre-employment screenings

What You Will Do :

Complete functional behavior assessments (FBA) to help create more effective and individualized interventions. Create Individual Support Plans (ISP) that address behavioral challenges, independence, advocacy, vocational skills acquisition, and community integration Design and implement data collection systems to track client progress using Therap. BCBA will enter goals into Therap. Regularly analyze behavioral data and modify interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness Collaborate with direct care and management to implement the ISP Train direct care and managers in the implementation of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to direct care and management, implementing behavioral interventions Works directly with clients as a means of demonstrating, teaching and training using a hands-on approach onsite and, in the community, Collaborate in creating structured environments/programming that minimize behavioral challenges Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, interventions, and client progress Complete annual and semi-annual reports for all clients and submit copies to homes and the Regional Center Ensure all behavioral services meet applicable California regulations and funding requirements Participate in IDT meetings as needed Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated service delivery
