This position requires obtaining your RBT Certification through the company within 90 days. You will also receive a raise once certification is acheived. Job Description Teach critical skills to students on a one-on-one basis using behavior analysis (training provided) Provide support during social interactions between peers Teach a variety of skills, depending on the needs of our clients.

letter ID, shape ID, matching, personal information questions, body language, sarcasm, social skills, etc. Collect and graph data Communicate clearly with parents using both written and verbal formats Learn to manage challenging behavior

Minimum Qualifications:

Spanish speaking a plus 1 yr Volunteer or work experience with children on the Autism Spectrum Detail oriented Openess to feedback Dependable/reliable/professional Must enjoy and care about our clients Must be comfortable with challenging/aggressive behaviors High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass criminal background check Reliable transportation required as sessions are conducted in-home, school or public location for socialization
