We provide compassionate, evidence‑based 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home, school, and clinic settings. This is an entry‑level role with full training provided —a chance to grow personally and professionally while making a real impact every single day.

What You'll Do:
Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally Collect and document data accurately Communicate effectively with supervisors and families Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software Work across home, school, and clinic settings
What We're Looking For:
A heart for helping children and families Resilience under stress and challenges Motivation to learn and grow Reliability and strong follow‑through Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required) Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required Schedule in
Staton, CA :
Afternoon shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM -6:00 PM.
