Covelo Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-12 students in Antioch, CA. This opportunity is a great fit for RBTs who enjoy working directly with students and want a predictable schedule in a classroom setting. Why You Should Apply Earn up to $28/hr with weekly pay Full-time and part-time opportunities available Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends School-based setting supporting K-12 students Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment What You'll Do Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students Implement behavior strategies and reinforce positive behaviors Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals Track progress and complete daily documentation Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Current BLS certification Experience working with children preferred CPI certification preferred Ready to Apply?
