Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing support and promoting positive behavioral changes through applied behavior analysis techniques. This positive may also include providing transportation to our consumers using a company vehicle. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies. Maintain comprehensive medical documentation, including medical records and terminology, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide patient care and support during therapy sessions, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for clients. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with autism. Requirements Must have valid/current RBT certification Experience or knowledge in applied behavior analysis is preferred. Familiarity with medical documentation, medical records, and medical terminology is advantageous. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members. A compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. ValidDrivers License 7+ years of licensed driving experience Clean Driving Record Must be 25 years of age or older [if operating a company vehicle] Must be able to Pass and FBI/DOJ Background check.
