Our therapy is play-based, compassionate, and supervised by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We're looking for reliable, caring people to work as Behavior Technician s, delivering 1:1 support that helps kids build communication, social, and daily living skills. What You'll Do

- Provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy in client homes and in the community.
- Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention plans created by your supervising BCBA
- Engage with kids at their level - playing on the floor, using toys/games, and making therapy fun
- Track and document client behavior, progress, and session notes on a tablet or data sheet.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with families and your clinical supervisor.
- Maintain client safety, confidentiality , and follow HIPAA and clinical quality standards. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license , and auto insurance .
- Ability to pass TB test and DOJ/FBI background check .
- Physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and working at floor level with children .
- Commitment of at least 6-12 months to the position.
- Comfortable working in person in client homes across Beaumont, Banning and Homeland, CA and nearby areas. Great to Have (Preferred)
- Experience in childcare, tutoring, teaching assistant, coaching, or direct care.
- Experience with ABA, autism, or working with individuals with special needs.
- Afternoon and/or weekend availability (most sessions are after school).
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred. Pay & Benefits
- Pay $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Schedule
