Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services in a school or pediatric setting Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families Ability to follow individualized educational and behavioral plans with consistency and professionalism Compassion, patience, and adaptability in working with students with unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, applying behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect data to monitor student progress and respond to behavioral goals Implement individualized intervention plans and provide feedback to supervising team members Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust strategies as needed Support classroom staff and help foster a safe, positive, and productive learning environment
