Job Description
Overview Growing Minds Behavioral Solutions is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Therapists/Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individualized, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. You will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, social skills, independence, daily living skills, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in home, community, daycare, and other approved settings Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision Collect accurate and objective data during each session to monitor client progress Utilize positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies Teach functional communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skills Support clients in reducing behaviors that interfere with learning, safety, and independence Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical recommendations consistently Collaborate professionally with BCBAs, supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team Complete session documentation and required clinical records accurately and on time Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, safety, and professional boundaries at all times Qualifications & Skills Compassionate, patient, reliable, and motivated to make a meaningful difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow clinical protocols and individualized treatment plans Dependable and able to maintain a consistent client schedule Comfortable working independently while receiving ongoing clinical supervision Willingness to learn and receive feedback from supervisors Ability to adapt to the individual needs of each client Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required ABA, behavioral health, childcare, education, special education, or related experience is a plus RBT certification is a plus but not required for all positions Why Join Growing Minds?
