Behavioral Classroom Aides:

$20-$23/hour

Registered Behavior Technicians:

Ro Health offers Last Mile Training , a paid 40-hour training program that includes BCBA supervision and support to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician certification. About the Role As a Behavioral Classroom Aide or RBT, you'll provide behavioral support using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to students ranging from elementary through high school. Providers are placed in one of two roles: 1:1 Behavioral Support Work alongside one student throughout the school day by attending classes with them and providing individualized behavioral and academic support. You'll help keep your student engaged, on task, and progressing toward their behavioral goals. General Classroom Aide Support one classroom and collaborate closely with the classroom teacher. Every day brings something different as you assist multiple students and provide support wherever it's needed most. Responsibilities Provide behavioral support in either a 1:1 or classroom setting Implement ABA strategies to support student success Communicate clearly and professionally with students, teachers, and school staff Maintain a calm, patient, and supportive approach Assist with toileting support when needed Stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent preferred Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong observation and assessment skills Passion for helping students thrive Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team About Ro Health Ro Health is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency with more than a decade of experience partnering with schools to provide compassionate, high-quality support staff.
