School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | 2026-2027 School Year | Near Castroville, CA Are you a Registered Behavior Technician looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? Soliant is partnering with a supportive district near Castroville, California to hire dedicated RBTs for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide individualized behavioral support while working alongside teachers, special education staff, and related service providers. Whether you're an experienced school-based RBT or looking to transition from a clinic or ABA setting, we'd love to connect with you. Position Details 2026-2027 school year 32-35 hours per week Onsite assignment near Castroville, CA 1:1 student support Hourly pay: $29-$33, based on experience Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the guidance of the educational team Collect and document behavioral and academic data to monitor student progress Provide consistent one-on-one support throughout the school day Reinforce communication, social, and adaptive skills in classroom and school environments Utilize proactive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, BCBAs, and related service providers Foster a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused in challenging situations Must meet all district hiring and background check requirements Why Choose Soliant?
