Part-Time About the Role Behavia Therapy is seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in home, school, and community settings. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for consistent part-time hours during afternoons and early evenings while making a meaningful impact. We welcome candidates who already hold an active RBT, BCAT, or ABAT certification , as well as candidates who have completed a required 40-hour ABA competency-based training in the past 2 years and hold a valid coursework completion certificate. Schedule Requirements (Required): Must be available Monday•Friday from 3 PM to 7:30 PM Able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule once assigned to clients Required Qualifications Active RBT, BCAT, or ABAT certification, or completion of a 40 hour ABA training within the past 2 years that meets funding requirements before starting client work If you have not completed the training yet, you may still be considered and can complete an approved course as part of onboarding Eligible to work and be credentialed with funding sources in California Able to pass a background check and complete onboarding requirements No felony convictions Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Professional, dependable, and ethical in your work Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Track session data and complete service notes accurately Ensure client safety and follow company policies Communicate clearly with supervisors and caregivers Attend required supervision, onboarding, and team meetings What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid onboarding training and supervision after hire, where applicable Mileage reimbursement and paid drive time between client sessions, where applicable Flexible scheduling based on your availability 401k retirement plan available to both part time and full time employees, with up to a 4 percent company match Paid sick time Up to 5 days of bereavement leave Paid company holidays (up to 3 days) for eligible part time employees Supportive and experienced clinical leadership Dedicated scheduling and admin support Opportunities to grow within the company Meaningful work with clients and families For candidates who have completed the RBT coursework and hold a valid course certificate but have not yet sat for the exam, we will reimburse the cost of the first exam attempt after hire.
