Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role where your expertise in imaging and radiologic technology will directly contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. This contract opportunity allows you to work alongside respected healthcare professionals, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in a collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Valid, unrestricted state license as a Radiologic Technologist Proficiency in performing X-rays, fluoroscopic studies, and other diagnostic imaging procedures Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain patient privacy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare providers Minimum of one year of clinical radiology experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians Position and instruct patients appropriately to ensure safety and image accuracy Review and verify physician orders, patient identification, and clinical information before procedures Maintain strict adherence to infection control and radiation safety standards Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory of radiology supplies
