Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience collecting behavioral data accurately in home-based or clinical settings.
