Join Alongside ABA as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chino, CA, and be part of a team that transforms lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Full-time & Part-time options- 2 weekday afternoons of availability required!
Training Schedule :
Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability: Monday- Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week . You may choose one of the following training schedules: 3:00 PM
- 7:00 PM , with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM
- 5:30 PM 10:00 AM
- 4:30 PM , with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM

- 40 hours / week Valid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportation Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn RBT certification preferred
