Our mission is to provide individualized, ethical, and data-driven ABA services while building a supportive and growth-oriented environment for clients, families, and staff. Services will be delivered primarily at our Chino center, with additional support provided in home, school, and community settings when clinically appropriate. As an early member of Bloompath's clinical team, the BCBA will have the opportunity to help shape clinical practices, contribute ideas, support staff development, and grow with the organization. Bloompath is closed on weekends and major holidays to support a stable and sustainable work schedule. The Role We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to become an important early member of Bloompath's clinical team. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, supervise and support Behavior Technicians, collaborate with caregivers and other professionals, and ensure that services are delivered ethically and effectively. This position will work closely with Bloompath's administrative leadership while exercising independent clinical judgment within the BCBA's professional scope. The role combines clinical oversight, staff mentorship, caregiver collaboration, documentation, and quality assurance. As the center grows, the selected BCBA will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Bloompath's clinical procedures, treatment standards, training practices, and service-delivery systems. Previous BCBA experience is preferred but not required. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome and encouraged to apply. Scheduling flexibility based on clinical and operational needs No regularly scheduled weekend shifts Closed on major holidays Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments when clinically appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, adaptive living skills, social development, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction Review clinical data and modify treatment programs based on client progress Monitor the effectiveness and treatment integrity of ABA programs Complete progress reports, treatment updates, and other required clinical documentation Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Ensure that treatment recommendations are ethical, evidence-based, and socially meaningful Prioritize client dignity, safety, and quality of care across all service settings Supervision and Staff Development Provide supervision, coaching, modeling, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians Support Behavior Technicians in implementing treatment programs accurately and consistently Assist with clinical training, staff onboarding, and skill-development activities Monitor staff competency and treatment integrity Promote a collaborative, respectful, and supportive work environment Provide supervision in accordance with applicable BACB requirements Caregiver and Team Collaboration Collaborate regularly with parents, caregivers, school teams, and other service providers Provide caregiver training and practical treatment recommendations Communicate client progress clearly and professionally Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary meetings when clinically necessary Coordinate services across settings to support consistency and continuity of care Quality Assurance and Ethical Practice Follow the BACB Ethics Code and all applicable federal, state, payer, and agency requirements Participate in clinical meetings, agency trainings, and quality-improvement initiatives Contribute to the development and implementation of Bloompath's clinical policies and procedures Review caseload documentation and address clinical or compliance concerns promptly Oversee behavior-support and de-escalation procedures when included in an approved treatment plan Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification Safety Care certification, or willingness to complete required training Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to use electronic medical record and data-collection systems Reliable transportation Valid California Driver's License and current automobile insurance Willingness to complete required background and fingerprint clearances following a conditional offer of employment Preferred Qualifications Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental differences Experience supervising or training Behavior Technicians Experience working in a center-based ABA setting Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese Travel Requirements This position is primarily center-based but may include travel to client homes, schools, community settings, meetings, or trainings when clinically necessary. Applicants must be willing and able to travel locally approximately 25% of the time. Work-related travel time and mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Physical Requirements This position involves active engagement with children and may require: Sitting or working on the floor Kneeling, squatting, bending, standing, and moving between treatment areas Standing or walking for extended periods Lifting or assisting with up to 50 pounds when necessary Implementing approved safety and de-escalation procedures when included in a client's treatment plan Reasonable accommodations are available to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable law.
