This in-person, contract position offers a vibrant, collaborative environment where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be highly valued. Your workweek will be a full 40 hours, allowing you to engage thoughtfully with staff and students across 23 school sites. You'll help shape positive behaviors, support individualized programming, and inspire both students and educators every day.

Qualifications and Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Demonstrated experience in school settings, preferably with PreK8th grade Strong understanding of ABA principles and their application in educational environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel between local campuses as needed Skilled in collaboration with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored for student success Conduct assessments and gather data to inform program recommendations Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies Work closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams for ongoing student support Offer guidance and consultation for classroom staff and parents Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with school district guidelines As a valued BCBA enriching these learning communities, youll have the chance to see your impact every day while broadening your professional skills.
