Overview Club Xcite is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) with active CPI certification to join our team, providing across Compton and Inglewood school sites. This role is ideal for experienced BTs who value variety, flexibility, and consistent daytime hours while supporting students in structured educational settings. Paid CPI Training classes scheduled

Monthly Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 7:50 AM-3:30 PM (up to 29 hrs/week, school calendar)

Location:

School Sites in Inglewood, CA Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Attend team meetings and training sessions Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors (training provided if required) Ensure student safety and well-being Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

REQUIRED
