About the Role As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you will work directly with children with autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . Services are provided in home, community, and/or clinic settings , allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans Provide 1:1 support to children in various settings Collect and track behavioral data during sessions Support parent training and skill generalization Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team Assist with assessments as needed ️ Important Considerations Working in ABA is incredibly rewarding, but it also requires: Patience and emotional presence Consistency and reliability Willingness to learn and apply feedback A genuine commitment to each child's progress We are looking for individuals who are ready to grow in this field and contribute meaningfully , rather than those seeking a temporary or trial experience.
