Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school environment. Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education in the field of applied behavior analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Train and support staff on strategies for managing challenging behaviors Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust plans as needed Provide direct and consultative services to meet students' behavioral and educational goals Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with school policies and professional standards This contract position is ideal for BCBAs who are passionate about educational settings and eager to contribute their skills to support student growth.
