Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | School-Based Support Club Xcite - 4.3 Culver City, CA Job Details Part-time $26 - $30 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification School experience High school diploma or GED Working with students Full Job Description Overview Club Xcite is hiring dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians ( RBT s) to support students in educational settings. This role involves working directly with students—either one-on-one or in classroom environments—to implement behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes.

Setting:

School Sites in Culver City area

Schedule:

School hours (Mon-Fri; 8a-3p) Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Attend team meetings and training sessions Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors Ensure student safety and well-being

Required Qualifications Required:

Active RBT Certification Preferred:

At least 6 months experience in education setting High school diploma or equivalent (or higher) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work effectively as part of a team Do you have an active RBT License?
