Core Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design intervention plans Oversee implementation of behavior plans, provide ongoing training for school personnel Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote student success Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Support students covered under MAT leaves during the assignment period
