We are a small, friendly company. We are clinic-based, one work location. Duties Assist clients with various activities: functional communication, daily adaptive skills, etc. Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Conduct direct behavioral therapy or group sessions, utilizing behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency in care and support the achievement of client goals Skills Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols Skilled in assisting with ADLs, teaching new skills, and supporting behavioral health interventions Experience working in home-based settings or school environments is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
