Behavior Technician

Location:
Mountain View Unified, El Monte Union Unified, and Alhambra Unified School Districts Schedule:
Per Diem | Monday
  • Friday |
School Hours Pay:
$17
  • 20 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date:
2025-2026

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group behavior support Implement ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress Support students in building independence and confidence Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
