Job Description

The Aspire BCBA If you recognize yourself as you read through what follows, we invite you to consider what it would mean for you to join the Aspire BCBA team. You didn't become a BCBA to manage easy cases and count hours. You did it to solve problems that actually matter. At Aspire, we work with individuals and families who have often been through multiple providers, cases labeled "too complex," "too aggressive," or "not a fit." We step in where others step out. You're Drawn to Complexity Most Clinicians Avoid You don't shy away from: Severe behavior Adolescents and adults Dual diagnoses, beyond autism Cases where systems are already breaking down You understand that this is where the work matters most. And where your skills actually count. You Measure Success in Real Life Change Not billable hours.
You care about outcomes like:
A family feeling safe again A teenager functioning in the community An adult gaining independence and dignity You use data to guide decisions, but your goal is always the same: Meaningful, lasting change. You Think Beyond the Treatment Plan You've learned something many haven't: When a case fails, it's rarely just the client.
It's:
Burnout in the team Gaps in communication Broken transitions Misaligned systems You see the system, not just the behavior. And you act before things collapse. You Prevent Crisis Instead of Managing It You recognize early warning signs: Caregiver fatigue Staffing inconsistency Subtle regression You intervene early because you know crisis is expensive, avoidable, and often predictable.
You Build Capability, Not Dependency You:
Train caregivers without overwhelming them Develop RBTs into stronger clinicians Take ownership without creating reliance You are a teacher, not just a supervisor. You Want to Grow as a Clinician You're interested in approaches like:
PFA / SBT ACT OBM
Not because they're trendy, but because they expand what's possible. You want to keep learning, refining, and evolving your craft. You Care Where You Work, Not Just What You Do You don't want to be a number in a large system.
You want:
A tight, high-functioning team A place where your voice matters Real collaboration, not just oversight • A company small enough to care, and strong enough to grow You Understand the Reality of This Work This is not easy work. But it is meaningful. And when done right, it creates outcomes that matter, not just for clients, their families, our community, but for the people delivering the care. We take work-life balance seriously, not as a slogan, but as a necessity for doing this work well. The Bottom Line This role is not for everyone. It is for clinicians who want to: Do the work they were actually trained to do Solve meaningful, complex problems Be part of a team that values both outcomes and people • And be recognized for the impact they create If This Feels Right… You'll know. And if you do, we should talk.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Board Certification from the BACB (BCBA/BCaBA) Master's Degree in related field, approved by the BACB Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the client's needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using ABA principles Write monthly progress reports Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) Provide caregiver training Supervision /
