Work in a collaborative school environment from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM each day, providing essential behavioral support and guidance.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Previous experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents is highly valued Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication abilities and a compassionate demeanor Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice in educational settings

Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 support to a designated student, following individualized behavior intervention plans Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies under the guidance of a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst Collect accurate daily data on student progress, behaviors, and interventions for team review Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent, integrated care Adapt and apply behavioral techniques to support academic, social, and emotional growth Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development as required Enjoy the opportunity to grow your skills, build meaningful connections with students, and play a key role in fostering positive educational experiences.
