Skills & Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Experience with school-based behavior analysis services Comfortable providing virtual (VOCO) consultation and support Prior supervision of RBTs preferred Excellent communication and organizational abilities Dedication to delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions to students

Primary Responsibilities:

Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to in-person RBTs Conduct virtual observation, assessment, and consultation sessions Develop and monitor the implementation of behavior intervention plans Review collected data, ensuring high standards of practice Participate in team meetings to collaborate on student progress and program improvement Commit to 68 hours weekly, with schedule variation based on RBT skill development and case needs This role is perfect for a BCBA seeking a flexible and dynamic contract assignment that blends remote and direct involvement.
