If you're energetic, patient, and looking for a meaningful job where you can play with a purpose, we want to meet you! As a Behavior Technician , you will work 1-on-1 with incredible children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, you'll help them build essential life skills, learn to communicate, and reach exciting new milestones—all through play, positive encouragement, and fun interactive activities. No prior ABA experience? No problem! We provide full, paid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training to get you certified and confident.
