In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, primarily Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to support clients on their journey toward greater independence and improved quality of life. You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care plans in home-based, fostering positive behavior change through engaging and compassionate intervention.
