Header Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, and intake evaluations to determine client needs and appropriate interventions. Lead the collection and analysis of data during therapy sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and ensure data-driven decision-making aligned with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families, schools, medical professionals, and caregivers to coordinate care plans, provide training on behavior intervention techniques, and facilitate effective client communication. Ensure accurate medical documentation, maintain detailed medical records, and manage compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA. Support home-based behavioral services and school-based programs to promote generalization of skills across environments. Header Skills Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional behavior assessments (FBA). Proven ability to lead clinical teams through supervision, training, and performance management. Skilled in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments within medical or educational settings. Excellent client communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and managing medical records securely under HIPAA guidelines. Experience working in home-based settings or school environments delivering behavioral health services.
