We are seeking an experienced School Behavioral Interventionist to support students in school settings throughout the Glendale and Burbank areas. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about helping students succeed behaviorally, socially, and academically, while working collaboratively with school teams. Candidates should have experience implementing behavior intervention strategies and supporting students with diverse behavioral needs in educational environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and positive behavior strategies
• Support students with emotional regulation, social skills, and classroom engagement
• Collect data and document student progress accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and support teams
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
• Follow school, district, and program guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Behavioral Interventionist, Behavior Technician, or similar role in a school setting required
• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges, autism, or special education needs preferred
• Strong classroom management and de-escalation skills
• Reliable, professional, and student-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
