Lead with Purpose. Grow with Us. Creative Solutions for Hope is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a skilled ABA professional who is ready to take the next step—mentoring Behavior Therapists, supporting clinical excellence, and helping clients achieve meaningful progress. As a Senior Behavior Therapist, you will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy while serving as a role model and mentor for Behavior Therapists onboarding to cases. You'll collaborate closely with Case Managers, Clinical Supervisors, and Directors to ensure exceptional care and compliance standards are met. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Direct Therapy Service clients within a 25 mile radius of where you are located Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients across settings Collect accurate ABC, baseline, and session data Progress treatment goals as outlined by Supervisors Implement prompting, prompt fading, reinforcement hierarchies, and behavior change procedures Generalize skills across environments, caregivers, and peers Model ABA strategies for parents and caregivers Mentor and onboard new Behavior Therapists onto cases Accurately explain ABA principles and clinical procedures to team members Receive and implement feedback professionally and promptly Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High School Diploma At least of 18 years of age Reliable Personal Vehicle Valid Auto Insurance where you are listed as the owner or registered driver CA State Driver's License Current CPR or BLS certification Maintained 5% monthly RBT supervision Commitment to ongoing professional development Flexibility with scheduling (including afternoon availability)Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field 2+ years of ABA therapy experience Experience with Speech Generating Devices Experience working with varying intensities of maladaptive behaviors Experience across diverse ages and behavioral needs Creative Solutions For Hope (CSH) provides equal employment opportunity to qualified persons regardless of : race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or other categories protected by law.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an outside and office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of electronic devices; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Visual acuity is necessary for reading and interpreting data, observing client behavior, and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires continuous verbal interaction and auditory communication with clients, which is essential for delivering the therapy effectively. Safety awareness and adherence to established protocols are critical to maintain a secure and hazard-free workspace.

Pay:

$29.00 - $30.00 per hour
