WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs
• Conduct patient assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations
• Assist with data collection and analysis to track patient progress
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience working in behavioral health or related field preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis
• Ability to conduct patient assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and members of the treatment team
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and analyze data
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of patients and the treatment plan Please note that this position may require inhalation administration of medication under the direction of a healthcare professional.
