As a BCBA it can be difficult to ensure consistency across team members. Here at Cornerstone, you have a number of experienced OTs, PTs, and STs who can collaborate and assist with providing your clients with comprehensive care.Stress free scheduling:
Our BCBAs have the autonomy and flexibility to move their supervision and client times but our front office assists in managing your schedule to ensure that you can see all your clients and not sacrifice our level of care due to time constraints.Work-life balance:
Here at Cornerstone, we value our practitioners and understand that we all need quality time away from our jobs. Our BCBAs are not required to work on the weekends and have a set schedule to ensure that they do not work past 6pm.Varied settings:
Our BCBAs have the experience of seeing our clients across a variety of settings that include in the home, community, in center, and in the school.Team collaboration:
At Cornerstone we provide our supervisors with a weekly meeting to get together and discuss cases and/or present on a topic for continued education. Additionally, all our teams at Cornerstone have a 1-year Wednesday meeting that can be used for team building, staff motivation, continued education, or team meetings.Continued Education and Growth:
We love to continue to learn at Cornerstone Therapies and know the value of keeping up with evidence-based practices. Our BCBAs are provided continuing education in-house through our Ph.D. BCBA-D.
Cornerstone also provides QBS Safety Care Training and provides an additional $500 for continuing education with three days paid. Room forProfessional Growth and Mentorship:

We provide our staff with competitive pay at the same rate for billable quota, nonbillable job requirements, and drive times. Full time staff are provided with medical, dental, holidays, sick, vacation, continuing education, mileage, 401K, and annual bonuses.Job Description:
Provide direct supervision of our RBTs and oversee cases for autistic individuals and related developmental disorders in the home, school, community, and social skills settings. Provide parent education and consultation to caregivers and other individuals involved in the client's daily life.Independently conduct assessments that include:
FBAs, FAs, Vineland III, DAY-C-2, ABAS-III, ABLLS-R., AFLS, FAST, MAS, and QABF. Create programs and develop curriculum that is client-centered and ensure a balance of habilitation and client autonomy. Programs should focus on teaching alternative strategies to improve communication, adaptive behavior, safety, social skills, and regulatory skills. Document session notes and maintain confidentiality by following recommendations for HIPAA compliance. Make data-driven decisions to adapt programming and modify targets based on your client's responding. Submit progress reports and present data using visual analysis and objective narrative description.What we are looking for:
Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must have a Master's Degree in Psychology or related field 2-years' experience in providing supervision to paraprofessionals and parent consultation Enhanced trainings in behavior analysis and related fields (RFT, ACT, ToM, extinction alternatives, delay discounting, AAC, PECS) Must have own reliable transportation with a valid ID and proof of insurance Proof of immunizations, TB test and CPR certificationJob Types:
