Ideal qualifications and experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience supporting early elementary/primary students, especially in TK or similar age groups Familiarity with bilingual or immersion programs, particularly in Spanish, is highly valued Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for addressing target behaviors, including elopement and physical aggression Strong communication skills to collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families Ability to work consistently during the school day (8:00am to 12:30pm), with flexibility as support needs may expand to include morning transitions Key responsibilities: Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a TK student in a Spanish-immersion General Education setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans targeting elopement and physical aggression Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive environment conducive to learning Collaborate with educators and specialists to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Communicate observations and strategies with staff and family to enhance student success Support seamless transitions, potentially assisting with morning drop-off This is your opportunity to influence a students educational journey in a culturally rich setting while applying your expertise as an RBT.
