Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract role as a Registered Behavior Technician providing meaningful support to students across K-12 settings. You'll have the chance to collaborate with educators and allied professionals, using your expertise to positively impact students academic and social development. This full-time position allows you to work directly within school environments, delivering evidence-based interventions and making a tangible difference each day.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Prior experience in school settings or working with children/adolescents is highly valued Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with students, staff, and families Capable of maintaining thorough data collection and documentation Adaptable and organized when working in dynamic educational settings Compassion, patience, and a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and group ABA interventions with K-12 students, as guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on student behavior and program effectiveness Support positive behavior plans and reinforcement strategies to optimize learning Communicate updates and progress with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation using approved protocols Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment for all students
