In this role, you will work one-on-one with an assigned student to help them meet their behavioral goals. This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals who feel called to make a lasting difference in the lives of at-risk youth.

- Comfortable working in a juvenile court school setting with students ages 12-19 years of age who have behavior challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
- 6 months of experience working in behavioral services
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to assigned student(s) throughout the school day
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans
- Assist teachers in maintaining a safe, structured, and learning-focused classroom
- Support students in meeting individualized behavior and educational goals
- Collect and document behavioral data, case notes, and progress toward goals
- Model and reinforce appropriate behavior and coping skills
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress and student behavior
- Support students with transitions and social-emotional regulation
- Work collaboratively with classroom staff, school teams, and supervisors
