The BT position is responsible for providing the direct 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to Tree Ring Therapy clients. ABA is an evidence-based therapy provided to individuals with autism. The BT will implement programming, skill acquisition targets, and behavior reduction goals at the direction of the BCBA Supervisor. Additional essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Conduct direct ABA therapy services to clients between the ages of 1-12
- Implement program goals and behavior intervention plans as provided by your BCBA Supervisor
- As a valuable member of the client's treatment team, you will collaborate with caregivers and case Supervisors to support client growth and success
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client's performance via data collection during client sessions
- Champion the Company's culture and live the Company's core values while being an ambassador for Tree Ring Therapy Services

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience (paid or unpaid) working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- A genuine passion and joy in working with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Vigor towards personal growth, both professionally and clinically
- Reliable transportation to drive between various client's homes, which may fall within a 25-mile radius from you home address (Drive time and mileage paid)
- Ability to engage in active play with children for extended periods of time.
