Job Description

Ro Health is looking for a BCBA to work at a school district in the Lawndale area. Experience working with students with special needs district wide and providing a mix of 1:1 and general classroom support is preferred. We're looking for someone comfortable working with children and able to deal with physically aggressive individuals at times. You would be helping train RBTs and assisting with FBAs and BIPs. Collaborates with teachers, staff, principals, and parents to find solutions and strategies to best facilitate student's goals & needs. Serves as a positive and nurturing guide to support students' academic and emotional needs. Assists teachers with student's behavioral needs within the classroom in effort to foster an optimal educational environment. Provide direct services to students in all classroom settings and to train staff on student behaviors.
