Job Description
Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator Our Dental Office is looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, personable, and highly driven , with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate can effectively manage the front office while also presenting treatment plans, building patient relationships, and helping the practice grow.
- Monthly Bonus pay also offered based on performance
- Responsibilities include: Manage and oversee daily front-office operations Treatment plan presentation and patient financing coordination Follow up with patients and increase treatment acceptance Schedule and coordinate patients efficiently Verify insurance and maximize insurance benefits Oversee front-office staff and maintain accountability Handle patient concerns professionally Help maintain a positive, efficient, and team-oriented office environment Monitor collections, production, and office goals We are looking for someone who: Has dental office management and/or treatment coordination experience Must speak Spanish •Is confident discussing and presenting dental treatment Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is organized, fast-paced, and able to multitask Is comfortable with sales and meeting practice goals Can lead a team and hold staff accountable Is reliable, professional, and takes initiative This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take a leadership role in a busy, growing dental practice.
Experience in a dental office is required.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
