Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to engage with students across multiple grade levels (1st12th) Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students in the classroom and other school settings Implement and follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by BCBA supervisors Collect and record behavioral data accurately and consistently Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care Foster student engagement, emotional regulation, and social skills development Adapt strategies to meet the unique learning needs of each student, from elementary through high school This contract role places you at the heart of student growth, allowing you to support a diverse student population and gain experience across all school-aged grade levels.
