9536430-90011 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting students in the Los Angeles area as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year. In this full-time, onsite contract role, you'll provide direct behavior intervention services to K-12 students, collaborating closely with educators and support staff to foster positive behavioral change in an encouraging school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings preferred Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data Strong communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptable, proactive, and compassionate approach to supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and document accurate behavioral data as part of student progress monitoring Support teachers in integrating behavioral strategies throughout the school day Communicate regularly with school staff and families to support consistent interventions both at school and at home Participate in student-centered meetings, professional development, and ongoing training to maintain best practices This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate in a dynamic school community dedicated to student growth and achievement.
