Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role is crucial in supporting the development of essential skills and improving the quality of life for our clients. (SERVICE AREAS-Inglewood, Gardena, Compton, South Gate and surrounding areas) $500 Sign on Bonus Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Provide behavioral therapy in various settings, including home, school, or community environments. Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of strategies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Experience/Requirements Bachelor's preferred. Prior experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, is preferred. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles (preferred but not required) Previous experience in behavioral therapy settings is a plus.
