Qualifications and Experience:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience in educational settings or with school-age children preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Effective communication skills with students, families, and school staff Proficient in developing, monitoring, and evaluating individualized behavior intervention plans Organized, flexible, and able to adapt to evolving caseload needs Compassionate, patient, and committed to student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:
