Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills and adaptability in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans Work collaboratively with school teams, families, and students Provide training and support to staff regarding ABA strategies Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
